With Christmas just ’round the corner, people are starting to get panicky trying to shop for presents for their loved ones. One look at Waze’s ridiculous ETA of your trip, and you know what I’m talking about.
This is where the art of online shopping comes in handy. Do you really want to dive into that hellish traffic where the usual 20 minute trip becomes an hour? No way. right?
What’s more, online shopping gives you access to a lot of hard to find items, perfect for those people who have very specific wants on their wishlist. An example of such online shop? Big ‘ole Amazon. Personally, I’ve always wanted to shop at Amazon, seems like you can virtually find everything there, from camera straps, to marble cartolinas for flatlays, to make up, to clothes, to furnitures. I tried going on the site and quite frankly it was very confusing and it daunted me to the point where I just said “nevermind” and closed the tab (I really wanted that marble cartolina, too…).
But for every problem, there’s the solution, and the solution for this problem was HalpU.
So what’s HalpU? Basically, it’s a site that let’s you shop at Amazon and Walmart, it simplifies both of the mentioned sites so everything is more streamlined and it’s a lot easier to find what you’re looking for. I got to shop better, no default Amazon page overwhelming me. They also take care of the shipping and it can go as low as P350 for parcels. Super sulit for an international purchase, right? What’s more, you won’t need to worry about that ridiculously expensive tax from international purchases too. There was a time when I had to pay for customs tax which was way more expensive than the product I got… superbly annoying.
As an avid online shopper who lusts for a lot of things unavailable at the local market, discovering this site has been super useful.
Speaking of stuff that are unavailable on the local market, below is my wishlist that is unfortunately nowhere to be seen in our malls, but fortunately readily available on HalpU.com
The items above are clickable so go click to shop them!
Apart from the classic sneakers, this list is obviously abundant with Korean skincare products. I’ve read and researched so much about these products and how much they’ve done towards great skin that I really want to try them for myself! Perhaps one of my next blog entries (or vlogs) these days would be a review of these? Let’s hope so!
A little word of advice though, do double check the reviews of the sellers you are planning to buy from on Amazon! Picking up counterfeit items is the last thing you want, yes? Better safe than sorry!
Sound off in the comments below, what do you guys think of HalpU? Also, have you guys tried any of the products in my wishlist above? Any recommendations? Mini reviews or heads up for me?
