You know those occasional booths that pop up is malls? About a few weeks ago at Glorietta, I dropped by one of those booths and decided to get in on the fun.
B’lue set up these 360 booths just in time the much anticipated movie, Batman vs. Superman, came out.
So what do these booths do, you ask? Well it’s basically a circular room with cameras circling the top portion of it. First you register first on these laptop stations on the booth, after which you’ll wait for your turn to experience your glorious superhero moment inside the B’lue 360 booth.
I also have to mention that there’s a box loaded with superhero-isque props you can use for the photo-op. There are hoodies in superhero colors, swords, and Batman masks. I went with with the Batman masks but Za said I looked silly :( hahahaha :( So I went with the sword instead.
Here’s Vina, Za, and I trying to figure out what pose we’d like to do. Vina seems to be really into it! Haha. I, on the other hand, can’t stop laughing ’cause I feel a bit silly. Also, nobody told me the booth would be like this, I would’ve worn a spandex suit so that I’d look more appropriate and badass (kidding).
See our glorious superhero moment below. It took us quite a lot of takes to achieve the perfect jump and facial expressions. So yeah, Za just choked us with her telekinetic powers when we tried to slay her with our swords. I guess she won this battle.
After the session in the booth, you’ll be able to get your very own gif in just a jiffy. You’ll also get to share it with your friends on Facebook on the spot too! Talk about instant :P
I forgot to mention this, but while inside the booth, this girl right here directed us on what looked good and what doesn’t, helped a lot actually. She told us to make our expressions fiercer, to jump higher, adjustments with our positioning, without our gif probably looked awful, we had no idea what we were doing.
And yes, what’s a B’lue booth without a free B’lue water plus. The calamansi flavor is definitely my favorite. Other flavored water would leave you feeling more parched, but not this. This is definitely a refreshing (read: revitalising) drink after all the thinking about how to pose and all that jumping with swords and what not.
Have you guys had the chance to try out this booth? I’ve heard after that Glorietta, B’lue hit up Market! Market! next. If yes, I’d love to see your gifs, feel free to link them in the comments below, if not, well you guys missed out! Be sure to like B’lue’s facebook page so you won’t miss out next time. If you like, you can also keep up with B’lue through their Instagram and Twitter accounts.
